SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Consent
Caribbean Payments sends customer-care and account-servicing text messages to its merchants and to applicants who have contacted us and opted in. This page describes how consent is obtained and the terms of those messages.
How consent is obtained
Prospective and existing merchants opt in on our public web application form (Apply Now) at forms.zohopublic.com/caribbeanpaymentsllc1/form/ApplyNow by manually entering their mobile phone number and checking an SMS-consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. The exact on-screen checkbox text is:
By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring account, application-status, appointment, and customer-service text messages from Caribbean Payments at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies (up to approximately 5 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Caribbean Payments does not share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message types
Account notifications, application-status updates, appointment and callback confirmations, and one-to-one customer-service replies.
